How our competitor’s stack up against us, including going direct:

Poor Availability – close at 5pm, go on vacations and golfing, leaving you without help when you need it

Not accountable to what they say or quote you.

No special discount programs

Poor Customer Service – if you get a person after waiting on hold, they’re unskilled and untrained

Most employees working at dealerships are unskilled high school kids

They just don’t seem to care! – They’ll tell you anything to get your sale

Most dealers sell only a few service provider’s services - not all of them like we do

Direct reps of carriers only sell “their” service, and can’t properly consult and advise you like we can as to which provider would truly be the best for them.
