A Plumsteadville, PA based company contacted us and was in complete disorder. They had employees throughout 5 states with different carriers that the employees had personally liable contracts in their own names with, who then on a monthly basis submitted for the companies to reimburse them. Employees had their own plans with different minute allowances, (non-pooled), and they were going over their allowed minutes, and had to use up minutes to call each other, and had poor reception. Many carriers had their direct reps come in and try to sell the corporation on “their” service, but the company just didn’t feel confident or secure in what they were offered as being the right service for them. We came in, audited all their bills. We then provided them with a pooled minute plan that allowed all their employees to share one large pool of minutes, gave them a lot more minutes than what they already had with current plans, gave them free calling to one another, and to other users using the same carrier’s network, gave them the best reception of the industry, provided free overnight delivery to their 5 nationwide locations with free new equipment (130 phones) that was better than what they had, as well as free accessories for everyone, and gave them a $60,000.00 reduction in their yearly cost. Because they had such a massive reduction in cost, they now opted for corporate billing, eliminating the tedious and wasteful red tape of monthly auditing of the employee’s personally billed cell phone usage. We also set up an employee discount program at no cost, which employees appreciated and considered an added benefit of being part of the “team.” |
